Résumé
This symposium invites the audience to learn from a diverse network of thought leaders in social work education worldwide. Innovative and collaborative initiatives emerged in response to COVID-19. The symposium will present three of them: The first is the Trauma-Informed and Culturally Responsive Framework. The second is and critical conversations (CC) model, and the last is about teaching social work in contexts of emergency.\ Presenting international evidence from international colleagues about their pandemic responses is a powerful asset for shaping social work education in the future. The overall goal of the symposium is to offer recommendations to leverage the quality of social work education both in times of crisis and in times of calm. Participants will learn about implementing various innovative approaches in social work pedagogy by presenting theory, research, and case examples.\ \
