Resumen
In the context of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, community autonomy is an important part of promoting social governance. With the in-depth advancement of industrialization, major changes have taken place in the main body of power and power relations within traditional Chinese communities, and community governance has faced many difficulties, such as the inadequate implementation of policies, “idling” of community autonomy and weakening of community publicity, which have led to social exclusion within the community and alienated social relations among community residents. The social work practice of Social Workers in H Community Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, uses the practical theoretical methods of capacity building and community organization to take root in the community, mobilize marginalized vulnerable groups, fully explore the advantages and assets of the community and the people, link formal and informal resources inside and outside the community, promote the participation of “three types of groups” in the creation of public space, restore community public life, and cultivate community self-organization, promote voluntary cooperation and community mutual assistance, and realize the revival of bottom-up community autonomy, so as to reduce social exclusion and create inclusive communities.
